The Firm

The Avv. Maienza Law Firm specialises in offering legal services of advice and assistance in civil proceedings both in and out of Court. Most of the firm's work involves clients ( both companies and individuals ) in Milan and the surrounding areas but cases involving clients or third parties from the rest of Italy or abroad are also handled. Members of the Studio can speak English, French and German. Established in 1994, the firm focuses on the following areas of civil law: corporate and bankruptcy law; family and inheritance law; employment law and property law. In addition, the studio also deals with procedures for credit recovery and payment of demages in civil liability cases.
