All the problems concerning marriage, and the legal arrangements chosen by the partners for their relationship and property, are dealt with.

Assistance is also given in cases of separation and/or divorce, both between Italian citizens and between partners of different nationalities, including problems related to custody of minors - also according to the recently enacted Law n. 54/2006 regarding the joint custody - and the related economic conditions (maintenance of the weakest partner and the children, allotment of the familiar house, real estate transfers from one partner to the other, division of common asset).

The Firm also provides legal assistance in recognising natural children as well as in refusing to acknowledge the paternity of children, in making changes or additions to the surname and cases relating to the custody or alimony of minors born out of marriage which involve the Juvenile Court (also according to the decision of the Supreme Court n. 8362/2007) and to adoption.
