The Firm supplies advice and assistance, in and out of Court, on problems relating to employment, self-employment or paraemployment under Private Law.

The Firm gives assistance for disputes arising from disciplinary proceedings, transfers, changes in the nature of the work performed, and difficulties resulting from the termination of an employment contract ( because of resignation or dismissal ). The Law Firm perform in such a case every necessary task, either in Court or in the special Commissions of conciliation, in order to protect the worker's patrimonial rights (indemnity, previous remunerations, incentives and so on) and in order to reinstate the employee to his job, making use of consultants and advisors for the calculation of indemnities or remunerations due to the employee.

Furthermore the Law Firm provides preventive information and legal assistance to individual businesses, companies and employees on all matters concerning employment, including drafting contracts, managing the relationship between employer and employee and its termination.
