The Anna Maienza Firm has developed a great expertise in the field of bankruptcy Law working for over fifteen years at the Court of Milan. In particular it offers assistance to businessmen and companies in pre-bankruptcy and bankruptcy proceedings dealing with the appraisal and asset liquidation, either through the sale of movables or of real estate, with the rent or sale of the firm owned by the bankrupt company, with the continuation of pending agreements and with any bankruptcy problem raised by the new regulation introduced by Law n. 5/2006 and Law n. 169/2007.

The Firm assists and defends the bankruptcy against operations which could damage the creditors (through actions of goods and debts collection and ordinary and bankruptcy revocatory proceedings). It also gives legal assistance to companies opposing the declaration of bankruptcy and late or refused admission of credits.

When the Law Firm does not represent and protect the interests of the bankrupt person or company, legal assistance is given either to creditors in order to obtain the admission of their credit to the loss and the general protection of their rights, or to the representatives of the company in actions relating to their liability.
